They don’t want to be rude, but they’ll straighten your mirrors, and turn down your loud car radio. They don’t like large crowds, but they love people. They love to argue, but are the mediators when shit happens. Generally in a good mood, but they can turn into moody, brooding, hermits. Smart and gullible. Love to talk but listen well. Frustrating as hell and it puzzles Libras as much as it does the rest of us. They’re not perfectly balanced like they like you to believe and they also don’t always resemble the scales that depict their sign.
Remember to get the scales to balance you have to keep adding and taking away from the sides of the scale. No they’re not the picture of balance. That’s just HALF of them. The flip side is the act of the balance itself! They can be argumentative, restless, and confused. Up and down, swinging from one side to the next. Then all of a sudden, it’s all balance again. Just remember all the back and forth up and down that Libra went through to get to the blessed balance.
It’s typically hard to spot a Libra in the crowd, they tend to blend in, unless they have dimples! Then you see them. Whether on the chin or cheeks, their dimples are their trade mark. Have you ever noticed dimpled knees? Well if you have a Libra friend that doesn’t have their distinctive dimples on their face look down to their knees, they’re probably there. Their faces, are always pleasant with or without the dimples! Even in anger the Libra will at the very least have a neutral expression on their faces. Their voices match their faces, sweet and perfect, and generally never loud or abrasive. Libras have a knack for not ever raising their voices. They can out and out want to kick your ass, tell you so and make you think they’re reciting a sonnet all the while.
Most Librans are are curvy people. Not always fat, and even when on the thinner side, full of curves! However, if they have a Taurus rising sign they could be on the more chunky side. And their laugh is infectious! Once you hear a Libra laugh, you won’t soon forget the merry sound of it! And they have of course, the smile of Venus on their faces. It will melt your heart! If you meet a Libra in balance its a wonderful thing. However, they have a tenancy to over think things and then start tipping the scales, this way and that way. Balance is their symbol but fickle is their nature. They love the role of peace maker, but then the boredom sets in, and they either take the other side of the fight or better, they’ll start something themselves just for the fun of the fight. Remember its actually indecision that rules this sign. The other thing that has been said, but isn’t true about Libra is that they’re lazy. Couldn’t be further from the truth. They will work hard, burning the midnight oil till they literally burn out. That’s when they give their best performance on being lazy. When they drop over from the exhaustion of being Libra. And further they’ll do their best to stay still. Meaning if they can get you to wait on them hand and foot when the lazy bone turns on, then they will be all too happy to allow it. In fact once they decide they’re done and need to rest, NOTHING will move them. They’ll just veg, lay like broccoli and no amount of bitching will change them or impress them to move a muscle. But don’t worry, after some rnr they’ll be back to their old and ambitious self. Libra is a dual sign. Sort of reminds me of a Gemini. And if you ask people that have only been involved with Libra in one o the other side of laziness they’ll disagree with you about the person you’re talking about.
Libra knows the best way to recharge is to completely shut down. And they know exactly how to cut the rest of the world off, to help them attain the balance and rest they require to be at their peak performance. Though finding that kind of balance in their minds isn’t always as easy of a task for them. They constantly move deep into and from one emotion to the other. Their instinct for sanity keeps most Libras in sound mind. They tend to not have huge breakdowns. Their biggest threat to their health is over indulgence of some kind or another. Prone to breast and foot problems, Libra should be careful with this part of their bodies. They also tend to have tummy trouble and should be cautious of ulcers. And the ulcers come not from worry but from eating crap. When a Libra is sick their Venus demeanor needs rest, quiet, nice talk and lots of them!
Libras are, in equal parts, kind, gentle, fair argumentative, stubborn, philosophical, logical and indecisive. Try to never mention the phrase “there is no comparison” that will set a Libra off, and it will be hours and details that they’ll give, to prove you wrong. And it doesn’t matter which side of the argument they take either, so even if they agree with you and you say “no comparison” know they’re about to take the other side of the coin. And you won’t win. Though they will try to stay fair, and give all sides their due, it’s the constant balancing act that drives the people around a Libra wild. The best part of this?
